The grand event of the Automobile Industry, the Auto Expo of 2018 will be missing some grand Automobile Manufacturers due to some concerns.
Audi, Volkswagen, General Motors, Skoda are the major companies that have planned to take a step back from the 2018 Indian Auto Expo Edition. Society of Indian Automobile Manufacturers also known as SALAM and Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) will be organising the event in Greater Noida in 2018.
Volkswagen, Audi, GM, Skoda made some statement in recent times that confirmed the absence of beast from the above-mentioned companies’ dungeons.
Where the audience is expressing concern over the absence of such grand Automobile companies, Volkswagen, Audi, General Motors, and Skoda are concerned about the return of investments (Roka) and effectiveness of participation.
Along with these companies, there are some more manufacturers which are hesitating to go grand in the next Auto Expo of 2018. Nissan, Royal Enfield, Bajaj, and Ford are among those companies who are thinking of opening the doors of their garage and are calculating their options.
As the next Auto Expo is going to be held in February 2018 in Greater Noida, all the preparation are at peak and with such news coming up are becoming a great concern for the organisers too.
Where VW Group, that handles top brands such as Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, Ducati, Porsche, Lamborghini has passed their final words of taking an off from the event and other companies are weighing their options.
Where manufacturers such as Volkswagen, Audi, Skoda, GM are not participating in the 2018 Auto Expo, organisers are very excited about the debutants manufacturers such as Korean Kia, China’s SAIC and France’s Peugeot.
Some companies are also rethinking their decision and some are thinking about making a debut, so 2018’s Auto Expo will surely be an amazing event of 2018.
MD of Volkswagen Group Sales India, also made a statement that they will be missing the 2018’s AutoExpo but will surely return for the 2020′ Auto Expo with a new brand promotion strategies.
